Depending on the order value (from €200), your order will be automatically split.

Available items will be shipped immediately, and the pre-ordered item will follow separately as soon as it becomes available.

Shipping Costs & Delivery

We only charge the shipping costs that we actually incur. For orders of €25 or more, we offer free shipping within Germany.

Shipping is reliably handled by DHL or DHL Express. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number and tracking link from us and from DHL.

📦 Our Shipping Times

We ship from Monday to Friday. Your order is carefully prepared and packed by us seven days a week.

Personalized Products

Did you order pull-out handles or another personalized product? No problem.

Due to the custom production, the processing time for your order may be extended by up to 48 hours.
